Our team delivers convenient, high-quality physical therapy WHEN and WHERE you need it. Your time is valuable! We’ll come to you so that you’ll get to spend more time doing what you love… pain-free.

Want to know more?

  • Unlike your typical physical therapy practice, you’ll receive 60 minutes of direct one-on-one care. This will ALWAYS be with a Doctor of Physical Therapy; we won’t hand you off to an aide or a tech.

  • We limit our caseload. This means our therapists will have more time to dedicate to creating a plan of care that caters specifically to your needs.

  • Your time is valuable. That is why we have a mobile physical therapy clinic that can come to you. Also, to make sure you get the most out of every session you and your therapist won’t waste time doing the exercises you can do on your own.

  • You are more than your injury! We look at every client as a whole person and utilize a holistic approach. When stepping back and looking at your lifestyle, in addition to your physical being, we’re able to obtain better (and longer-lasting) results.

What we do different

Let’s start with why you’re here; likely one of these reasons:

  1. You’re in pain (we can help with this)

  2. You want to improve performance (we can help with this)

  3. You want to prevent future injury (we can help with this too)

When someone has pain or an injury, the first thing they do is rest. Sometimes that will work, but unfortunately, sometimes it doesn’t. For some, rest isn’t an option because they have an active job, are training for a marathon, or have children that need to be cared for.

Does that sound like you?

If rest doesn’t work most people will visit their physician who may recommend more rest, pain medications/injections, or even surgery. Some may rely on a personal trainer or massage therapist (neither of which has the training or legal scope of practice to diagnose/treat injuries) and end up in worse pain.

Does this sound familiar?

Have you tried physical therapy in the past only to do the same exercises week after week without results? Or did you have the recommended surgery but your pain never went away?

Is this what your current situation looks like?

Physical Therapy First

You’re not alone

  • "I had elbow pain from softball and he did dry needling along with stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting my elbow. Thanks for getting me back to 100% on the field."

    Amanda | Austin, TX

  • "I've had low back pain for years and have tried physical therapy a couple times. Each time was pretty much the same and I didn't really see any results. Mark explained everything and created an easy to follow exercise plan that I try to do every day. It's actually made a huge difference and I feel a lot more confident and strong!"

    Michael | Austin, TX

  • "I started to think that my knee pain was normal and that it would never go away. I was considering surgery but decided to try PT first and I'm thankful I did! Not only do I feel better but I know what to do if it comes back."

    Andrew | Austin, TX

"I started my physical therapy practice in Brooklyn, New York in December 2020, right when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak. I knew that many people were hesitant to leave their homes for therapy appointments, so I wanted to find a way to bring the therapy to them. That's why I created a fully mobile PT clinic that I could take to their homes. I understand that having a stranger come into your home can be intimidating, so I wanted to make the process as convenient and comfortable as possible for my clients."
